SALS Alignment 心得
必要防護: 雷射護目鏡
Optic Axis 校準: Laser ---> Pinhole 1 ---> Pinhole 2
Spatial Filter (Lens x1 + 50um Pinhole) 校準: 調整鏡面中心至Optic Axis, 檢查 back-reflection (用3M tape), 調整 Pinhole H V Position, 調整 Pinhole 在 Lens 的 focal plane (用interference ring check)
Lens 2 (5-axis holder) 校準: 將Lens 2放在離前一個Pinhole 為 f2 的距離.
前段的組合 => 光徑 放大率 f2/f1
